SHIPPING POLICY

Lahuir provides national and international shipments:

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Preorder items will be shipped once production ends.
Orders are processed from Madrid (Spain). Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Prices do not include customs fees, these costs are determined by each country and we have no control over them, customers are responsible for import taxes and duties for their countries.
Shipping costs are non-refundable

RETURNS/REFUNDS
You can return your items within 15 days of receiving your order. The items must be in original condition with the original packaging, with all Lahuir tags and their original hygiene sticker. Please be careful when trying on our garments as we cannot accept stained, damaged, washed or altered garments.
To return your product, you should send an email to hola@lahuir.com indicating your name, purchase order number, and reason of the return. You will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, you should arrange the shipping by yourself and consider using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive your return we’ll send you an email of confirmation and we’ll proceed with your refund. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted into your bank account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. All the return shipping cost are at the expense of the customer. If outside of the EU please be sure to label your parcel as a return with no commercial value and do not declare your item’s purchase value. We do not accept, nor do we cover, VAT or customs charges on your return, which will cause a redirection of the return package to the sender.
Our items are carefully revised before shipping. In case you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at hola@lahuir.com with pictures and a description of the fault within three business days of receiving your package.
